Carbonise tabs and header elements in Collection

      Context:

      AT:

      use carbon components (tabs, buttons, etc. ) in Collection Page

      Testing Notes:

      The folowing elements have been replaced:

      • dashboard/users/alerts/sources tabs
      • collection header:
        • carbon collection icon
        • carbon options menu (3 dots next to collection name)
        • carbon user role tag
      • in each tab the main CTA button on the right side is now the carbon button

      All the functionality should work as before
