Context:

For multi tenancy, existing imported records with tenantID null in C8 are being migrated to have tenantId <default>. In accordance with this, existing entities such as reports, dashboards, collectionscopes with definition selection that includes a null tenantId also need migrated to have the <default> tenantId instead.

AT:

• reports, collectionscopes with tenant selection are migated to <default> tenant in C8

Testing notes:

Migration in C8:
In C8, after migration, existing reports and collectionscopes all have the <default> tenant selected instead of null. 

Migration in C7:
C7 report and collectionscope tenantIds remain unchanged after migrating.
