What/Where is the issue ?

Environment: C7/ C8SaaS/ C8SM

Optimize version : latest 
ES version : 7.17.x
OS + Browser version : MacOS + Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

• Preconditions:
• Steps:

1. Go to Analysis menu
2. Click Branch Analysis 
3. Choose any process (e.g. Book request with no tenant) 
4. Scroll down the page and up 

Observed behavior:

Branch analyze control panel overlaps with nav menu. 

Expected behavior:

Control panel and analyze nav menu shouldn't overlap.
