Disable "Create Filter" button if Variable filter is not valid

      Currently, the "Create Filter" button for a new variable filter is always enabled. It should only be enabled if the current filter configuration is valid. That means:

      • a variable name is selected
      • it has at least one variable value
      • if the variable type is numeric, all values are numbers
