What/Where is the issue ?
No data is shown in Instant Process Dashboard for deployed processes.
Environment: C8SaaS
Optimize version : 3.11.0-RC1
ES version : 7.17.x
OS + Browser version : MacOS + Chrome
Steps to reproduce:
- Preconditions: Deploy process(es) to SaaS, run/complete instances.
- Steps:
- Go to Adoption dashboard
- Click on one deployed process to see instant process dashboard
- Check reports in Instant Process Dashboard
Observed behavior:
There is no data shown on reports in Instant Process Dashboard for deployed processes.
Expected behavior:
Reports in Instant Process Dashboard should show data for running or completed instances.
Additional Information:
Customer Onboarding, instant process dashboard shows data in reports.
