Description	Original: h3. What/Where is the issue ?   Environment: C7/ C8SaaS/ C8SM Optimize version : Snapshot ES version : 8.8.1 OS + Browser version : MacOS + Chrome h3. Steps to reproduce:  - Preconditions: Create a report and set an alert in report edit mode   - Steps:  # In report edit mode, edit existing alert   # Edit alert modal opens  h3. Observed behavior: Delete button is not visible until you hover on the top part of the modal and overlaps with Edit alert headline on the modal.  h3. Expected behavior: Delete button should be visible on the edit alert modal.  h3. Additional Information:	New: h3.
