What/Where is the issue ?

On report edit/view/share pages under the dashboard name where the instance count is displayed, there should be button visible to open the list of applied filters (view and share page) and only a text (edit page)

Environment: C7/ C8SaaS/ C8SM

Optimize version : 3.12-snapshot
ES version : N/A
OS + Browser version : chrome:latest

Steps to reproduce:

• Preconditions: Create report

Observed behavior:

Only a tiny dot is displayed (see screenshot)

Expected behavior:

There should be a button to open a popover with filter details (view/share page) and some info text (edit page)
