The outlier analysis task details modal should not use tabs, but display all content on one page
Testing Notes:
- go to task analysis (old outlier analysis)
- select process which has outliers
- hover over heated node on the diagram and use the view details button in the tooltip
- the details modal opens
- in the modal all the content should now be on one page (before it was divided into two tabs)
- these elements are updated:
- modal title
- modal description (under the modal title)
- these elements are added:
- chart title
- table title
