Context:

To add alert and digest functionality to CCSM, customers should be able to configure an email server.

AT:

• email server can be configured in CCSM – this already works out of the box with the testing setup described on confluence (https://confluence.camunda.com/display/CO/Test+the+Alerting)
• all relevant email config settings have an environment variable
• helm chart is updated if needed

Testing:

With FE tickets OPT-7416 and OPT-7415.

Additionally, we should confirm env vars work as expected. 

Outcome: 

env vars already exist and can be added to Optimize env vars in the helm chart as needed, no further changes necessary
