Clean up the ProcessDefinitionParametersDto

      In the Dto we have f.e. zoneId which is coming from the cookie and shouldnt be part of the DTO. The minimumDeviationFromAvg and disconsiderAutomatedTasks used to have default values which are now passed from the FE but maybe its worth keeping them in the DTO as well.
