Document edge case 3.11.1/3.11.2 migration issue for C7

      Context:

      We recently found in a support case that it is possible for C7 users for have customer onboarding data with "zeebe" data source. Due to how the 311 tenancy migration checks which environment we're in, this lead to the false assumption that Optimize is running in C8, leading to tenancy migration being applied to report definitions and collection scopes.

      We are implementing a fix to be released in a 3.11.3 patch. C7 customers should skip straight to 3.11.3 when migrating to avoid this issue.
