      When, in a duration heatmap, we set up some SLA, the heat map does not show the expected color

      Optimize version : 8.3 / 3.11
      ES version : 
      OS + Browser version : Windows + Chrome 119.0.6045.160

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Preconditions: have a process with different values. Using the pre-sales environment creates a cloud with values.
      • Steps: Create a Heat Map duration, edit the target value, and give value. Validate the change and display the report in a dashboard (see the video)

      Observed behavior:

      Precise description of the observed behavior.

      No color when blue color are expected on service task under 10 ms

      green color where red color is expected

       

      Expected behavior:

      Precise description of the expected application behavior.

      The blue color on service task when the SLA is respected

      Where no SLA is defined, blue color (this is the default behavior when there is no SLA at all)

      Green color when the value is under the target (human or service task)

      red color when the value is upper than the target (human or service task)
