Fix e2e tests failures related to config popover

      Context: 
      The config popover seems to be truncated by the visualization and create an extra scrollbar. This is causing the e2e test in browserstack to fail. The issue  happens because of the removal of the absolute positioning we used to have on the config popover.

      AT:

      • Ensure that the config popover pop out of the report container.
