Precision of values displayed in line chart is truncated

      Optimize version : 3.12-minor-rc1
      ES version : 8.9.x

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Preconditions:
      • Steps:
      1. Create a line chart report with custom precision enabled 
      2. Select number of units more than 6 

      Observed behavior:

      In line chart reports displayed custom precision values is truncated. 

      Expected behavior:

      Displaying custom precision values shouldn't be truncated in line charts.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
