AT:

• In the dashboard edit mode, the amount of available rows is dependend on the dashboard content
• There is always a fixed number of empty rows available at the bottom of the dashboard
• When the dashboard content changes, e.g. because reports were added, removed or moved, the number of rows is recalculated
