AT:
- in the add report modal in the dashboard builder:
- show 'Please select...' as initial select option
- as long as 'Please select...' is selected, is the 'Add Report' button disabled
- the 'Please select...' option is still selectable even when a report was selected
- if no report has been created yet, the selection box should just show 'No reports created yet'
