    Description

      For places and situations where we need several buttons with mutually exclusive states ("ToggleButton"), we should build and use a proper component (outliers details modal, variable filter, date filter, etc....).

      AT:

      • A tabbed panel component is created that has an active property to switch between panels
      • The tabbed panel is used in places with mutually exclusive sates
