Move index reset in tests from schdedule method to before each test method

      • in the test environment the index reset is not done anymore in the EmbeddedOptimizeRule#scheduleAllJobsAndImportEngineEntities method, but in the EmbeddedOptimizeRule#starting

      Background:
      The schedule has logically nothing to do with the reset of import indexes. If we want to have a reset in the tests, we should state that explicitly there instead of hiding it.
