filter get request always returns query case sensitivity information

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      • in tasklist, create an empty filter
      • edit the filter
      • In Criteria, 2 empty key fields with the value 'false' are shown

      Expected behaviour

      • No Criteria is shown

      Problem
      The API always returns Query Case Information, even when not explicitly set.
      This currently breaks Tasklist behavior
