In Tasklist, for generic forms untyped input fields are not disabled

      Steps to reproduce

      1. In Tasklist, select a task with generic form
      2. Add a variable

      Observed behavior
      Even if no variable name is entered and no type is selected, I can enter text in the value field.

      Expected behavior
      Value field is disabled.
