In Cockpit, on deployment page sort dropdown does not show on first click

      Steps to reproduce

      1. In Cockpit, on deployment page
      2. Click on "Deployment Time" in left side bar

      Observed behavior

      • No dropdown is shown
      • On the next click, a dropdown is shown

      Expected behavior
      Dropdown is shown on the first click
