[CAM-10049] In the operation audit log I get definition information for Process, Decision and Case Definition

Motivation:
Currently I get definition information regarding processes only. If an operation happens in a case or decision definition the definition column is empty

Expected Behavior:
In the operation audit log I get information in which definition (process/case/decision) the operation happened.

This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
