All pages using pagination reset the page when I switch to it

      Pagination may use the URL search parameter page=XXX for initial page selection. This parameter can be set by another tab on the same page. This is already done in the cam-pagination widget.

      We need to make sure that all sites using custom pagination (uib-pagination) reset the page parameter when they are opened.
