      Context:
      A user account should be locked after a given period of inactivity.

      Given:
      A user account which has been inactive for a configurable period of days

      When:
      The user attempts to log in

      Then:
      The user is blocked and an administrator has the possibility to reset the password so that the user can choose a new one
