In Webapps, on operation log view, error message is not displayed properly

      Steps to reproduce
      GET /history/user-operation returns status code 500 (e.g. because of persistence exception)

      Observed behavior
      I can read the error message returned from the backend.

      Expected behavior
      I only see a red box.
