Resize of detail panel is not possible

      • resize the detail view panel in Cockpit like in the attached screenshot (make the detail view panel heigher, so that the diagram panel will be smaller)

      -> Then you are not able to resize the panel anymore.

      The problem is, that the scroll-bars in diagram panel has a z-index of 999, so that the cursor from type "resize" is not available anymore.
