In the webapps, only cut off text I hover over when the width is at maximum

      *Given*
      A text field in one of the webapps, e.g. the operation log in Admin.

      *When*
      I hover over a text field, e.g. the value in the operation column.

      *Then*
      A copy button as well as three dots (...) are moved in from the right-hand side, covering the previous value, no matter how much width is left in the column.

      *AT*
      The three dots are only overlaid if the width of the column is otherwise exceeded.
