In Cockpit, I can set a removal time to historic process & decisions via batch operation

      • In Cockpit, I can set a removal time to historic process & decisions via batch operation
      • I can select between the modes cleared, calculated and absolute in a mutex manner
      • I can check a box to set the removal time across all hierarchies
      • When selecting absolute, I can define a removal time date which is validated
        • The timezone information for the absolute removal time date is present in the payload but not in the date input field
