For UPGRADE-old-engine-from-710 build a workaround was necessary since a new database table was added that can not be cleaned with PurgeDatabaseAndCacheCmd which is done before every test. Since the build runs with 7.10 this had to be achieved with external code. In this case a plugin that replaced said command with the 7.11 version which ignores this table.

Since this workaround is not needed after the 7.11 release we should revert commit c5a96fefb85931b67795fe36978e03f7c330c176
