I can cleanup standalone User Operation Logs

      Problem

      • With 7.11 we introduced many standalone User Operation Logs
      • Since these are not associated with a Batch, Process or Decision they are not cleaned up right now
      • When using the Webapps heavily, the data in the User Operation Log table piles up

      Solution
      As a first iteration (and low hanging fruit) it could make sense to allow setting a global TTL for User Operation Logs
