DMN Model API: Namespace compatibility test is not executed by surefire

      The test is not executed by Surefire due to its name.
      When running it with JDK 9+, it fails due to a change in how CDATA sections are serialized (see bug https://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=JDK-8223291 for details).
