As user I can only log into cockit / tasklist if I am authorized

    Description

      AT:

      • authorization is checked when user loggs in
      • if he tries to log into an unauthorized application, the authentication fails
      • if he has authenticated for tasklist but is not authorized for cockpit:
      • the link to ckcpit is not shown in the app-bar
      • if he tries to access cockpit through URI, access is revoked
