When:
In the TaskServiceTest class, tests testProcessAttachmentsOneProcessExecution and testProcessAttachmentsTwoProcessExecutions are run with History Level: None.

Then:
The tests fail due to the fact that Attachments are stored in ACT_HI_ATTACHMENT which is a historic table, and the history level is none.

Expected:
The tests are not run when History Level none is set.

Note:
This also causes UNIT-historylevel-none to fail.
