Clarify relocated Gson classes with respect to public API definition

    Description

      In the engine, we relocate Gson to /camundajar. According to our documentation (https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.10/introduction/public-api/), this is public API.

      We should either relocate Gson to a path that contains impl or exclude it from public API definition.
