[Firefox] DMN file fails while uploading during edit view of DMN file in deployments page

      As User, I should able to upload dmn file while editing a dmn diagram.

      // When
      I upload another dmn file while I have opened a dmn file in edit view in deployments page

      // Then
      File Upload fails and no new deployments happen.
      // Expected
      The file should be uploaded successfully and it should create a new deployment.

      Note:
      The issue is only happening in Firefox.
      Check the attached video for better understanding.
