Local transient variables show up in database and history when updating local execution variables using REST

      Steps:
      Update local variables of an execution with REST: https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.11/reference/rest/message/post-message/
      and make variable transient
      The transient one shows up in the history and database, which is not expected.

      Expectation: the transient ones do not show up in the database at all.
