TravisCI jobs fail on Starter PRs

    Description

      When a PR is submitted to the Camunda Spring Boot Starter project, and the TravisCI jobs are started.

      Then, the TravisCI jobs fail due to a (license) error when running the install-jdk.sh script.

      Expected behavior is for the TravisCI jobs to pass.
