Steps to reproduce

1. Start JBoss EAP 6.1 as follows

2. Deploy the standalone Webapps

Observed behavior
Container fails to start with the following error message

• Might be solved if vfs is whitelisted [1]
• Does not fail if -jaxpmodule javax.xml.jaxp-provider app argument is present (must follow after -mp /Users/tasso/Downloads/jboss-eap-6.1/modules)
