Missing translation string for small window warning

      Given
      A running instance of the WebApps and browser's width forces the upper menu to hide (i.e. my window is too small to show the menu all the time), I can see a warning icon in the upper menu.

      When
      I hover over the warning icon.

      Then
      I can see the text CAM_WIDGET_HEADER_SMALL_SCREEN_WARNING (see screenshot.PNG).

      AT
      There is human readable warning text.
