      Steps to reproduce

      1. Deploy a process with an External Task (topic = "foo")
      2. Start a process instance
      3. Fetch and lock the External Task with Topic "foo"

      Observed behavior
      The process definition version tag is not exposed to the response body of the fetch and lock request.

      Expected behavior
      The process definition version tag is exposed
