In Cockpit, on Migration, filter is reset when operation changes

      // When
      1. I go to batch operations
      2. I filter for a Process Variable with Case insensitive query
      3. I select a Operation (e.g. Delete running process instances)

      // Then

      • The Filter is displayed, but not applied
      • All process are displayed
      • The operation would delete ALL running process instances

      // Expected
      The Filter is still applied
