Classloading problem during job execution in WebLogic

    Description

      After implementing context classloader switch in CAM-10379, engine integration tests started to fail for WebLogic.
      We return the old behavior via these commits master and 7.11
      AT:

      • the classloading switch is as close as can be for all servers
      • all tests are green
