Description
What are the steps to reproduce your problem?
Download the camunda distro.
Run it for the first time.
If nothing has been cached from a previous run it loads an empty tab.
What is the problem?
This confuses new users into thinking something has gone wrong with the startup.
What would be the expected behavior:
The tab should not load until the server is up.
