Timeout during closing staging repository

      Today we released 7 patch releases of Spring boot starter and External task client java.
      The jobs of four of them failed with the following:

      14:35:40     [INFO]  * Closing staging repository with ID "XXX".
14:35:50     
14:35:50     Waiting for operation to complete...
14:41:12     ...................
14:41:12     [WARNING] TIMEOUT after 319.3 s

      The closing operation was indeed successful and the error is misleading. We can consider increasing the timeout if it is possible.
