Currently, incidents related to jobs are resolved if we set the retries of the job to a value > 0 via JobEntity#setRetries(int).
If the retries of jobs are set by job definition via ManagementService.setJobRetriesByJobDefinitionId(String, int), this is not the case.
This at least leads to inconsistencies with the link to historic job log entries in historic incidents as introduced by CAM-10672.
