      User Story (Required on creation):

      As a Cockpit User, I want to filter running and historic process instances for incidents in the (Historic) Process Definition View.

      Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):

      I can select a filter "with Incident" in the (Historic) Process Definition View that filters out instances without any incident

      Technical Requirements (Required before implementation):

      • Extend the Webapps' private REST API query for (historic) process instances by a withIncident option
      • Add the withIncident option in Cockpit's (Historic) Process Definition View
