In the search on app/cockpit/default/#/processes, I can filter by tenant id and without tenant id. The backend should already be available (https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.11/reference/rest/history/process-instance/get-process-instance-query/ see tenantIdIn and withoutTenantId).
