As a developer, I can use the ProcessEngineLoggingRule, and it's related @WatchLogger annotation, in multiple Camunda projects.

• A camunda-commons-testing module/artifact is available. The module provides:
  • The ProcessEngineLoggingRule class;
  • The WatchLogger interface;
  • Test coverage for the provided classes;
• The new artifact and classes are used instead of the previous (engine)ProcessEngineLoggingRule class.
