The restructured webapp integration tests.

When:
A single test is specified to be run through Maven, e.g.:

mvn clean install -Pwildfly,h2,webapps-integration -Dtest=RestIT -DfailIfNoTests=false

Then:
The testconfig.properties placeholders (git) are not replaced with the appropriate Maven property values, and the tests fail.
