Documentation - When new DMN/BPM deployments are created.

      As an end user, I would like to know when new DMN/BPM deployments are created. The behaviour is different when bpmn/dmn is deployed using process-application, cockpit, rest api and modeler.
      Also, it might be useful to mention about "enable-duplicate-filtering" flag. This flag is checked when process is deployed, and it's value differs for process-application, cockpit etc.
